Once an order is received, we try our best to dispatch the order the next day. Any delay in the order dispatch will be notified. Orders are shipped and expected delivery date is in between 1 to 7 days within India depending upon locations. Customers will receive delivery details via SMS / Email.

Delivery Timeline:

All orders are carefully dispatched from our Ahmedabad (Gujarat) facility and shipped via our trusted courier partner, Shiprocket.

General Delivery Timeline is as below:

• Ahmedabad generally takes 1-2 days. Get in touch for same day delivery in Ahmedabad.
• Metro cities generally take 3-5 days.
• Non-metros cities take 3-7 days depending upon location.

This is a general timeline and may vary according to conditions.

Cash On Delivery option is not a trial option and payment is necessary before accepting the order. Any refusal of COD orders will result in deactivation of the COD option for future orders.

 

In some pin codes, our shipping partners do not support COD and hence the option might be unavailable. For any queries, please contact our customer WhatsApp helpline.

 

For any cancellations, we require an email within 4 hours of the order being placed. If the order is shipped out, cancellations will not be accepted. We will be unable to process any refund if an order is cancelled at the doorstep or if there have been 3 failed attempts to deliver the parcel by our delivery partner
